When you enlist our services, we will also input your "wants and needs" into our database for a possible one-time trade week, or, if desired, a permanent trade.  (Ex.: I own in Scottsdale, you own in Cabo.  I would rather own in Cabo and vice versa.) We will negotiate the trade and follow it through the title company to complete the transaction.  Remember, unlike other companies...We do all of your negotiations for you!
