	All offers will be submitted to Owners from BYEBYE TIMESHARE LLC Agent /BBT/Broker. List Price/Terms will be agreed to in writing by Owner and BBT. BBT will research comparable resorts, listing prices vs. selling prices and time on the market. Listing will be offered and kept active until sold. BBT is committed to selling your ownership and will collect 5% of the sales price at close of escrow. Listing and advertising fee is $500. Upon signature and submission of payment, all parties agree that this transaction is non-refundable.
